Pole Flow
Intro to Flow (Level 1)
Learn the basics of pole dancing! No experience or athletic ability necessary; this class is all about connecting to your body and moving in a way that makes you feel great. In Intro to Flow you will learn and practice things like body rolls and waves, pirouettes & spins around the pole, and basic floorwork.
Pole Flow (All Levels 2+)
Practice floor-work, body rolls, spins, pirouettes and transitions. Each class includes a warm up, drills to practice various pole and floor moves, and choreography. The goal of this class is to develop the skills needed to dance fluidly around the pole in both freestyle and choreographed sequences.
Prerequisites: at least 3-5 Intro to Pole or Intro to Flow classes (or prior pole experience) recommended.
Recommended attire: Where whatever you feel comfortable in! Kneepads are recommended for floorwork. Heels are optional. Socks are encouraged if not wearing heels.
Filthy Flow (Level 2+)
Get ready to unleash your inner sexy in our Filthy Flow heels class with Nel! With focus on proper technique, musicality, and seemless transitions, this class is sure to be a heel-clacking good time. Students will learn short, sassy, and seductive routines that include low pole flow and floorwork. All are encouraged to let loose while learning the fundamentals of heels dance.
Prerequisites: At least 3-5 Intro to Pole classes or prior pole experience.
Knee protection (kneepads or legwarmers) is required. Heels are highly encouraged. Layers of clothing that can easily be removed are also recommended.
Morning Flow (All Levels)
Start your day with a gentle flow designed to release tension, improve mobility, and foster a sense of calm. This class incorporates low pole base work for gentle strength building, floor work for flexibility, yoga-inspired poses for deep stretching, and mobility exercises to enhance joint health. Experience a mindful practice that nourishes both body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded, energized, and ready to embrace the day with clarity and ease.
Prerequisites: 3-5 Intro to Pole classes or prior pole experience.
